How long we keep information

We retain personal information, such as name, email and mobile number for the duration of a professional engagement but may continue to keep this information in our possession as many professional relationships are ongoing.

Any personal information no longer required for a project for ongoing engagements is discarded after 12 months.

We can and will remove and cease using any personal information upon request.

We will only share this information during a mandatory process required by the above.

Whilst we may include information relating to name, email address or mobile phone number within our professional network this is only done if:
